Shopping process

  1. Select the product you like and click the "Add to Cart" button.

  2. I select the desired delivery date and time in the cart, but I can't press the "Checkout" button to proceed with the purchase.

  3. Please enter your shipping information.

  4. Please select the desired delivery date and time.

  5. Select your payment method and enter the required information.

  6. Click the "Prepare now" button and you're done.

About delivery

・If your order is confirmed by 3:00 p.m. on a business day,you can specify a delivery date from 2 days later .
*If paying by bank transfer, please make payment in advance. We will ship the item after confirming the payment.

■Available dates vary depending on the region:
・Hokkaido: After the 4th
・Tohoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: After the 3rd
・Okinawa : After the 6th
・If you select "No Preference", the delivery will be made as soon as possible.

・You can choose your preferred delivery time from the following time slots:
8am-12pm / 12pm-2pm / 2pm-4pm / 4pm-6pm / 6pm-8pm / 7pm-9pm

・We will ship via Sagawa Express.

About delivery and shipping charges

Free shipping nationwide(depending on purchase amount)

*Delivery may take longer in some areas and remote islands.
*If there are areas where Sagawa Express cannot deliver, your order may be canceled. Please check in advance.

Payment Methods

・Credit card payment (VISA/Mastercard/JCB/American Express)

*After payment confirmation, orders placed by 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the next business day.
 *Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
*The payment deadline is 14 days from today.

・Cash on delivery
Please pay the total amount below to the delivery person when the product is delivered.
*After your order is confirmed, orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 3 PM on weekdays will be shipped the next business day.

・Other payments: Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay
*It may not be displayed depending on the device or browser you are using.

About receipts

・If you would like a receipt, please write "Receipt requested" in the notes section when placing your order.

Therecipient's name will be the name of the person placing the order, please let us know if you would like to change it.

・It will besent by email in PDF format, so although it is valid, please print it out and use it.
