I've always thought that suitcases are inconvenient when taking your luggage out.
Especially when you need to get documents out quickly at work...
So we started thinking about whether we could develop a top-opening product by utilizing trunk cases, which is our company's forte, and it took us five years to come up with the idea.
The thing that took the most time was attaching the extendable handle (slide lever).
It took about three years to develop that part...
The slide lever itself took about six months to develop,
It took a considerable amount of time to develop the parts needed to accommodate it.
I'm sure you wouldn't notice it even if you picked it up, but
What shape should the window frame of the top lid be? What material would be best?
We made many molds and prototypes to find the perfect match with the material, and then we finally created it.
However, it took a year from then until the announcement of their debut.
Why?
We thought that if we were going to release a new, innovative product that had never been seen before, we should try it out and pursue even greater convenience.
Thanks to this, when I used the prototype myself, I noticed many things, such as that it would be better if there was a divider inside.
It would be better if one of the dividers had a pocket,
The partition can be used as a lid to hide the contents.
The one with USB is more convenient...
And thankfully, when I used it myself, people around me said that the product was great!
When I explained it to them, they said it was convenient, stylish, and praised it...
He gave me a lot of different opinions!!!
for example,
The tire casters need stoppers! It would be nice to have a pocket for a smartphone! A shoulder bag would be convenient! I want a larger size, not just a carry-on size! So,
The product that has fulfilled all of these requests is the TOP OPEN Trunk Carry! (lol)
So this product is not only available from our company,
This is a product that was developed together with everyone who gave us their opinions.
However, there is no doubt that it was our company that made this idea a reality, so we applied for a design registration for this product with the Japan Patent Office and received its seal of approval...
